Stacy Smith, RID

Owner, Interior Designer, ID: 0006512

Stacy Smith is a Florida-licensed Commercial Interior Designer with over 20 years of experience creating thoughtful, functional spaces across multi-family, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use environments.

As Principal of TS & Company, she leads client relationships, project management, and overall coordination—keeping everything running smoothly from concept through completion. Stacy has a strong focus on finish development and making sure every design works just as well in real life as it does on paper.

She collaborates closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure each project stays aligned with design intent, budget, and timeline.

Her work includes collaborations on projects for Mayo Clinic, Baptist Health, FIS, and Johnson & Johnson Vision.

Stacy is known for her practical, well-executed approach—bringing a balance of creativity and real-world performance to every project.

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys time on the water and finding inspiration in everyday spaces—always noticing the details others might miss.

Tess Walter

Owner, Principle Designer

Tess Walter is Co-Founder and Principal Director of Design at TS & Company, where she leads the creative direction across both commercial and residential projects.

With a background shaped by global travel and a love for layered, intentional design, Tess brings a fresh perspective to every space. She oversees concept development, space planning, and FF&E specification—focusing on creating interiors that feel elevated, functional, and effortless.

Tess works closely with clients, architects, and project teams to make sure each design comes together seamlessly—from the big-picture vision down to the smallest details.

She’s known for creating spaces that feel personal and refined, with a balance of creativity and livability that makes everything just work.

When she’s not designing, Tess is usually planning her next trip or gathering inspiration from places, textures, and spaces that spark new ideas.
